Over the last few days I have received two wonderful swap packages. One is from the
Whose lace is it Anyways swap and the other is from the
Mason Dixon Swap.

First of let me tell you about my lace goodies. They came from
Gill. It traveled all the way across the big pond to make it here to me and let me tell you it was worth the wait. She included a really great sized bag which will be perfect for carrying works in progress. Also included

was a pattern for the Shetland Faroese shawl, a clover cacha-cacha, some really cool stitch markers, circular needles and then the yarn. The yarn she picked out for me was a really pretty colored Kid Silk Haze and two skeins of a merino/cashmere variegated laceweight. I don't remember the name of the yarn off the top of my head, but it is just gorgeous! She did just great in picking out colors for me as they are totally something I would have picked out for myself. Thanks Gill!

I was equally spoiled when it came to the Mason Dixon dishcloth swap. For this one I got my swap from Nevada and
Jenn. She sent a purple and green, (my absolute favorite combo), ballband dishcloth and some fun cowboy hand cream. Those were both stuffed inside the biggest mug I have ever seen in my life. I have already tried it and it holds a great big cup of jo! Thanks Jenn!

So glad you like everything and it arrived safely! I look forward to seeing what you knit with it now!!
Same Here! I'm so glad you liked the colors I picked out...I was worried. LOL. Cool that you like the mug too. I have a similar one that I adore and I just couldn't pass it up since it the colors were just right.
